Returns & Exchanges

At ProMods Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all ProMods tags attached and include the packing slip provided in your return confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
